Wonderful accommodation with very supportive staff members from the service of the staff. Big beds, convenient and absolutely perfect location in the two main restuarants. Based near to life guards tip top as well as the titanic palace.

By and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in Hurghada, had much fun and met outstandingly friendly staff with great service from the cleaning staff...

The hotel was wonderful, fairly clean offered incredible breakfasts and had a favourable location in the rooms from the outside entertainment. The room we had included a minibar, climate control and a personal safe. The service here was good. Location: the property was not far from all restaurants as well as the airport or bus station...

The staff were amazing. We loved the beautiful pool view from our Standard Family Room, and the cleanliness was great. My kids spent hours enjoying the pools and the daily variety at the buffet was a hit, keeping us all excited for meal times. I appreciated the hospitality from Mrs Nermine and Mr Ahmed Mohamed who made sure we had everything we needed.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, free wi-fi, and a kids club. The staff previously helped me with town info. I recommend the dolphin house trip too! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the amazing aqua park and the refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The kids were thrilled with the games and activities the animation team offered, while we loved relaxing by the jacuzzi too. The only downside was that the property feels a bit dated and could use some updates, but that didn’t stop us from having a blast! 🌊

The staff were friendly and engaging. The aquapark was a highlight for the kids-nonstop fun! Take advantage of the themed dinner nights. The seafood night was a good surprise! Bring some snacks for added treats during the day.

Each family member found something fun to do, and the comfortable atmosphere. The staff were genuinely cute.

My kids wished there were more options for them to grab drinks easily, especially near the beach area. A children-friendly beverage station would have made life easier for families like ours.

The bungalows are spacious with a massive shower that enhances comfort. Especially Sam, provided really good service.

Try to reserve a table at the Tepanyaki restaurant in advance. It's a highlight of the dining experience!

The water park is fantastic for kids and there are plenty of activities like diving and snorkeling. Long distance to the beach is disappointing, though. Room cleanliness varies, some areas need better upkeep. The entertainment staff keep things lively and engaging throughout the day.
